Choose a level
Take the free quiz for personalised guidance, or explore the levels yourself. Levels follow goals and interests, and can be mixed across participants.
Access activities
Create your account in the Action Booklets™ portal, explore the booklets, then purchase the access you choose. You and your support person can then begin.
Participate
Complete ready-to-use activities at home, in the community, during recreation, one-to-one or in small groups, at your own pace. Two sessions a week of about 30–45 minutes is a good rhythm, but there are no deadlines.
Record progress
Reflect, upload photos and record who supported the session and when. Progress builds into a portfolio you can review and download.

One place for participants and supporters
The portal is designed to remove complexity. It has a clean, intuitive interface, so it’s easy to get started whatever your confidence with technology.
- Complete interactive activities with guidance
- Upload evidence such as photos and project work
- Record reflections and who supported the session
- Track progress over time
- Access and download evidence and certificates where available
Regular use of the portal also builds digital literacy that extends beyond the activities.
Participants stay at the centre
Supporters guide the journey, but participants lead, with real choice and control over what they do and how.
Less planning, more doing
Because every activity is already prepared, support time goes on taking part in the community, trying new things and working towards goals.
Not worksheets, not an online course
Action Booklets™ combines meaningful activity, practical engagement and evidence of progress.
Flexible to suit the person
At home
Activities that fit daily routines and home life.
